Red Rose Tea (J'Adore Vox Box)

Now I am an avid Tea Drinker, In some senses a Tea Expert. I drink it with my toast in the morning, before bed at night and any time in between. I received something today in my VOXBOX and I must say that I had died and went to heaven. The Red Rose Tea packets that were inside were absolutely delicious. The Lemon Chiffon tea...breathtaking, the smell alone puts you in a place of sweet bliss and the Caramel Brule' Simply Devine. They both were so smooth. I enjoyed them. I am fighting the urge to do an early grocery trip just so I can go an pick up some boxes of tea.

Hello internet people today has bee a well, interesting kind of day...a little on the boring side considering that today was a holiday (for those of you who don't know it was Labor Day) I mean we had beautiful weather, if at all you consider rain, flash flood, warnings and tornado watches beautiful. besides that I think Lucien had more fun than anyone else, why you ask well because they have been having a Star Trek Marathon on the tele all day and he is dare I say...a Treky. So yes I have been here watching this weirdness (sorry if you are a Treky I just can't get down with that lol) But anywho I spent most of the day preparing the little women for school in the a.m. you know hair, clothes, anything else you can think of. I have also been trying to get the other blog page I have up for my girls mostly pertaining to hair care and styles it's still a work in progress but if you get a chance check it out www.fivegirlswithcurls.blogspot.com  Anyway this was jusst supposed to be a short little check in post, I may come back later then again I still have 3 more heads to finish, so until later.....LATER!!!!.

Hi everyone, if you don't know I am the wife, the mother, doctor, lawyer, maid, teacher, the list goes on and on lol. but a little about myself, my name is Keira, but I am affectionately know as Nikki. 29 years young and wife to Lucien and mother to our 6 beautiful and I would like to think happy children. In this little family it consists of 8 wonderful people 6 girls and 2 boys (GIRLS RULE) so yes there is a whole lot of drama going on this house. Like I always say, There is never ever a dull moment in my house. Quite often when I go out, I get the occasional stares, you know the ones who will sit there and gawk at you like you are the weirdest looking thing ever and every now and then you get the one brave soul to come up to you and ask "Are they all yours" and with a great big smile I say No I just like to have a fleet of children following my every move, they are my Paparazzi, and then I get even weirder looks. (What can I say I like to have a little fun every now and then again), my favorite set of people that come up to me and are amazed are the other moms that say " wow I tip my hat to you, that must be hard raising 6 children, I mean I am having a hard time and I only have this on or just 2 and all I can do is sit there look at them and in my head laugh. But like I said it's fun. I wish I could say that I run my house as if it were a boot camp, or that, I am the perfect mom and or wife, and that my house is immaculate but sadly that is far from the truth. I run my house as the day goes, UN happy kids makes for a frustrated mom and then the whole house is out of tune, I am only human and I will make mistakes but that is what will help me to become better, and yes you will find somethings out of place here in my home why because I HAVE CHILDREN and nothing will every stay neat for any more than 2 hours, and most importantly there is to much going on in the world today, no need to have your family all uptight, relax have fun and enjoy each other. Kids are the best comedians and it's alright that you laugh at them (just let them know that you are laughing at them because they are funny) because kids are also the most unstable creatures on earth lol They should have signs that you can attached to them saying Warning Dangerous When Moody. Well it is my time to go now, and I shall leave you all with this....ENJOY your family for you never know what God has planned for us in the future. LOVE your babies, because right now there is a mother or father that just lost their child and are going through it, and most importantly TELL your kids you love them despite whatever you maybe going through. Figuring out

Okay now that I did a little bit more investigating into this site and I found a way to let everyone know who's posting what. This should clear things up until everyone gets used to the difference between the two of us. I'll continue to sign my name at the bottom for a little while longer. Later!

Welcome to our blog. We are a family of eight originally from Carol City, Fl now living in Kennesaw, Ga. Our family consist of me (Lucien), my wife Keira, our daughters (Kayla 13, Katherine-Marie 7, Carol-Lynn 6, Kendyl 4, and Candice 2) and our baby boy Lucien III 1. I wasn't looking forward to having this big of a family, but she always wanted it. We aren't a rich couple, but we manage to get by. I work as a trainer for a specialty distribution company and have been working there for almost 12 years. Keira works when she can, but mainly finds herself being a stay at home mom. Kayla is Keira's oldest daughter and will be moving in with us within the next few weeks. This will be a transition that we all will have to get used to.

We wanted to start this blog to let people into our lives a little bit. a lot of people tell us that we are a funny couple and that we should have our own show, but we just see ourselves as being simple. Hopefully overtime everyone will get to know us and be apart of our extended family. Thank you for taking time out and please enjoy the rest of our post.
